We do our best to get your package to your door within 3-5 business days of your order. We use USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping Services for small to medium sized orders, and UPS Ground for large orders.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We will only consider replacing or refunding a product if we feel it is technically defective. In order to exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com with photos of defective products within 7 days of receiving your order. Should we determine the product(s) is indeed defective, we will replace it at no additional cost (and submit a claim with USPS). After 7 days, this policy does not apply.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to items bought during Sales or for Custom Items; all Sales & Custom Items are Final Sale.
